How the work came together

Work summary

This engagement focused on the implementation of Slabware.com, a specialized inventory management system tailored for stone fabricators. The objective was to document and categorize each slab, including precise measurements and location tracking, then integrate this data with the company website to enhance client experience. The new system enabled clients to view available slabs online, select optimal materials, and benefit from discounted surplus inventory. Internal cost proposal processes became more efficient, reducing time spent on manual measurement and inventory checks.
