Beyond project management, we developed a content repurposing workflow that turned long-form video timestamps into ready-to-publish social media assets. We also implemented community moderation protocols on their Facebook pages to protect brand integrity by filtering out crypto-related scams and spam. This multifaceted approach stabilized internal operations while securing their public-facing channels.
