Project Management Infrastructure & System Implementation

Implemented ClickUp as the central project management system to coordinate the complex logistics required for global event execution. The infrastructure tracked multi-layered workflows spanning venue sourcing, vendor coordination (catering, photography, videography, hostesses), event promotion, registration management, and post-event fulfillment across multiple time zones and countries. Early work focused heavily on defining task templates and project templates to standardize repeatable processes, plus onboarding materials and internal sales documentation. This project laid the operational foundation that allowed fractl to scale from 5 events to executing over 30 events globally over the next 13 months.
