Government Incident Report FB Messenger Chatbot Demo

To modernize civic reporting in Kampala, a government incident reporting chatbot was prototyped to demonstrate the efficiency of automated citizen engagement. The solution was designed to replace manual reporting processes, allowing citizens to quickly flag local incidents and infrastructure issues via Facebook Messenger. The project served as a strategic sales asset, proving to local government officials that automated chat interfaces could significantly improve response times and data organization compared to existing bureaucratic workflows.
