Covid-19 Awareness FB Messenger Chatbot

At the onset of the pandemic, a Covid-19 Awareness Chatbot was deployed to bridge the information gap in local Ugandan communities. The chatbot broadcasted daily updates and health guidelines to subscribers, effectively bypassing the limitations of traditional news distribution in the region. To overcome Facebook's 24-hour messaging window restrictions, the system was engineered with interactive "re-subscribe" buttons that maintained user engagement and ensured the continuous delivery of vital safety information over a 4-month critical period.
