Teamwork Project Management System Implementation

The engagement began by embedding a dedicated team member part-time to handle project coordination, light account management, and small production tasks. This role stabilized day-to-day delivery and became a long-term operational resource still supporting the agency years later. With basic coordination in place, Teamwork Projects was implemented to give the agency better visibility into project budgets, timelines, and task ownership. A lean but practical implementation focused on project and task templates, a sensible structure, and hands-on team onboarding, intentionally keeping documentation and automation minimal to respect budget and time constraints.
