Project Management Integration & Automation

This project focused on automating the workflow between Shopify, Etsy and Teamwork Projects to bridge the gap between sales and production. A robust integration was engineered to trigger specific task lists based on customer purchase behavior, differentiating between "Customer" (retail) and "Client" (custom) orders. Due to API limitations, a complex automation was built to individually create, assign, and schedule every task relative to the purchase date, ensuring precise production timelines. The result was a significant reduction in order delivery times and a streamlined fulfillment process.
