Inbound Lead FB Messenger Chatbot Design & Implementation

A custom real estate listing chatbot connected to a dynamic Google Sheets backend served as the core solution. Agents could update property details, photos, square footage, amenities, and rental information directly in the spreadsheet, which automatically synced to the chatbot via Bot Sheets middleware. This CMS-like structure eliminated manual chatbot updates and empowered the agent to manage inventory in real-time. The team member received training on dialogue flow management similar to ticketing systems, enabling responsive client conversations within the bot interface.
