Security FB Messenger Chatbot Design & Implementation

A streamlined Facebook Messenger chatbot was designed to function as a digital sitemap of CCTV Group's core offerings. The chatbot provided intuitive navigation to photo galleries, service examples, and crucially, enabled prospective clients to schedule consultation calls directly through the chat interface. The implementation used ManyChat as the backend platform, creating a simple but effective customer journey that converted inquiry traffic into booked consultations.
