A Facebook Messenger beauty salon chatbot was implemented to streamline the client booking and inquiry process. The chatbot provided salon service descriptions, pricing information, and availability, then directed clients to schedule appointments directly through the chat interface. By reducing friction in the booking funnel and providing instant access to service details at any time of day, the chatbot increased both appointment bookings and client engagement, particularly outside traditional salon operating hours.
